Terms of service
This page is maintained by Koobri to explain how our service works. These terms are a standard template for a UK sole trader; please review them with your own legal adviser before going live.
1. About us
Koobri is a hospitality and premium-ticket sourcing service operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We connect clients with verified hospitality packages and premium tickets for sport, music, theatre and cultural events. We are not an official ticket vendor unless expressly stated for a specific event.
2. Our service
We source and resell hospitality packages, VIP tickets and related experiences on the secondary hospitality market. All offers are subject to availability and supplier confirmation. A quote from Koobri is not a confirmed booking until you have paid a deposit or full payment and we have issued written confirmation.
3. Quotes, pricing and payment
- Quotes are valid for the period stated and include all itemised costs unless otherwise noted.
- Prices may change before confirmation if supplier costs change or inventory sells elsewhere.
- A deposit or full payment is required to secure a booking. Until payment is received, the package remains available to other buyers.
- Payment methods and instalment plans are offered at our discretion and only by prior agreement.
4. Cancellations, refunds and changes
- Confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser without rescheduling.
- If an event is postponed, tickets and packages are typically transferred to the new date. Refunds are not guaranteed for changes of date.
- Name changes, guest-list changes and capacity changes may be possible up to a deadline set by the supplier and may incur an administration fee.
- If we cannot deliver a confirmed package for reasons within our control, we will refund the amount you paid for that package.
5. Event cancellation and force majeure
Koobri is not liable for event cancellations, postponements, line-up changes, travel restrictions or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, pandemic, terrorism, severe weather or supplier failure. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the package in question.
6. Ticket and hospitality delivery
Tickets, e-tickets, wristbands, badges or hospitality credentials are delivered by the method and timeframe agreed at booking, usually shortly before the event. You must provide accurate delivery details and notify us promptly of any changes.
7. Conduct and age restrictions
You and your guests must comply with the venue's terms, age restrictions, dress codes and security requirements. Koobri reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches these requirements or acts in a way that may harm our supplier relationships.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koobri's total liability to you for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total amount paid by you for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss, loss of enjoyment, travel costs or accommodation expenses.
9. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy policy for details of what we collect, why we collect it and your rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
